What type of fuel should I use for my nitro rc car?
I am getting a new Volcano S30 nitro rc car made by Redcat Racing. What type of fuel (brand and nitro percentage) should I get for this car? Also, i want the engine to last longer, and to keep the car cooler.

Nitro RC, nice. I'd use Byron Nitro at 20% Nitro. Reason is that its a good point to start. They have it in either one gallon or by the quart container. The price will depend on how much you want to spend. As for the engine to last longer, it will really depend on how you take care of it. After using it or racing are you going to just put it away or do the required maintenance. For the engine to run cooler, as you say, that will depend on your tuning skills. Google "how to take care or tune a RC Nitro engine". That will help you stay ahead of the competition. Have fun.

Hi Jared
If you are buying a new Volcano it will come with instructions on what is required. The instructions will tell you the correct nitro percentage to use as different manufacturers require different amounts.
When you get your new truck it will require a break-in period and after you have finished using it it will require after run maintenance, like adding after run oil to the nitro engine etc.
Hope this helps
